Music play a huge part of my life. I never will be able to detach myself from music. I wanted to showcase a few albums that truly impacted me or are simply my favorites. I won’t really explain why. :)

Albums

This is the song that introduced me to electronic music, and that finally kickstarted me into the music realm. Before that, I had no care for music. I owe this music a lot, even friendships.

Recently discovered. Its song really touched me on my heart and felt like it was healing me listening through the entire album.

This album made its introduction during a depression of my youth, a particular bad and confusing one. Listening this album was odd, it was not just something that help you go through bad times, but it was both recomforting and fearful. Some tracks are joyful, some others are frightening, some are both, or worst. Not to say they’re bad, that’s the total contrary: might as well just be what make this album so authentic and impressive to listen. I own a vinyl of the album.

Artists

Woah, Bent Knee is a big one I feel like. I discovered them through Boxes - . (Land Animal). I was at one of the lowest point of my life, and something really struck me and healed something inside me. I kept digging through Land Animal, then Shiny Eyed Babies, then You Know What They Mean, and so on. Not all tracks are a pass, but most of them are, way more than any other regular artists.

Grabbitz’s songs are excellent pieces of work I am genuinely amazed by. They absolutely transpire originality, one I am impressed by. I don’t think I’ve heard many music that impress me by both the emotions of the lyrics/vocals, and the musicality it is brought by through certains of it’s track. My praise only stop at the albums, I don’t really praises the singles or EPs beside Ghost in a Song and Pretty Melody 70. Also I consider Better With Time more like an album rather than an EP. I had a hard time after the Time Isn't Real album, like the new albums were missing a crucial piece. Ah, I’m perhaps nostalgic. For the record, I was the winner of the Time Isn’t Real Museum’s Golden Ticket. It went, however, to an old e-mail inbox I no longer have access to. It has forever been lost. As I live outside USA, I requested a redraw, I don’t think it ever happened however. This suck, as I really like Grabbitz.
